General Information on Shipping/Handling
We ship by UPS whenever possible. UPS is generally faster than U.S. Postal Mail; however, someone must be home to sign for the merchandise upon delivery. If you are not there the first day, they will try to deliver during the next 2 days. After that time, it will be up to you to contact UPS for a delivery arrangement.

Additional Shipping Charges
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands add $5.00, Canadian orders add $5.00. All foreign orders add $25.00. Add $5.00 for each cardio carpet mat. Add $15.00 to regular shipping charges for each heavy training bag, water bag or speed bag platform. Add $25.00 for each add-a-mat ordered or zebra mats. Add $85.00 for each bounce-back dummy or fighting man dummy ordered. Add $20.00 for each fitness stand or training center ordered. Add $35.00 for each Wavemaster™ or Everlast® Free Standing Bag ordered. Minimum order $10.00 before shipping charges. Orders under $10.00 will NOT be processed. Foreign Shipments
We ship to APO and FPO addresses and any address that has a 5 digit U.S. Postal Zip Code. Foreign orders are accepted in U.S. currency only. Add $25.00 to regular shipping orders.

When can you expect delivery?
Allow 10 working days from the time we receive your order for UPS to deliver your order. If you do not receive anything within 3 weeks, please contact us or call us between 10:00 AM-7:00 PM EST Mon. thru Thurs., Fri. 10:00 AM-6:00 PM EST, and Sat. 10:00 AM-5:30 PM EST at (203) 847-3989. To check on your order, the operator will need the date of your order, your order number, the items ordered, the total amount and the form of payment.
